New Senior Research Officer appointed to IP Australia and CAEPR project

CAEPR would like to welcome Dr Boyd Blackwell who is joining the joint IP Australia and CAEPR project. He is an applied economist and part-time Senior Research Officer with the Centre for Aboriginal Economic Policy Research (CAEPR) within the College of Arts and Social Sciences at the Australian National University. Dr Blackwell is currently developing a suitable methodology to assess the potential market value of indigenous knowledge for IP Australia.
Dr Blackwell brings to CAEPR over 20 years of experience working across University, private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He enjoys leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams to solve problems of local to global significance. Read more
