CAIS careers night - 4 November 2020

The Centre for Arab & Islamic Studies offers undergraduate, postgraduate and HDR programs that enable students to specialise in the study of the Middle East and Central Asia.

CAIS programs include coursework subjects covering the politics, international relations, languages and cultures of the Middle East and Central Asia as well as the politics and debates of modern Islam.
CAIS teaches three languages:  Arabic, Persian and Turkish.

CAIS is holding a careers event to show the opportunities open to graduates specialising in Middle East and Central Asian Studies

This event is open to current ANU students. It will be held on zoom. Please register to attend by emailing cais@anu.edu.au

CAIS alumni will demonstrate how its programs have advanced their careers and share their experiences and tips on work and travel in the Middle East & Central Asia.

Dirk's thesis topic was 'An Organisational Approach to the Study of Chinese Foreign Policy in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan‘
