Christian Barry and Garrett Cullity have been awarded the 2026 Elizabeth D. Rockwell Prize for Best Article on Ethics, Leadership, and Public Policy for their fantastic paper, “Which Emissions Belong to Us? The Case for Contributory Value-Chain Emissions Accounting”, published in Politics, Philosophy and Economics in 2025. 

The Elizabeth D. Rockwell Prize is awarded by the Hobby School of Public Affairs at the University of Houston.
