Janet Hunt presented  on behalf of herself, Brad Riley, Lily O'Neill and Ganur Maynard  at the 2020 Human Development and Capabilities Association Conference  ' New Horizons: Sustainability and Justice' organised by Massey University, Aotearoa and held virtually across the world between 30 June and 2 July  2020.

Her 10 minute persentation used capability theory to explore  the opportunity and process freedoms that Indigenous people might experience  in relation to three scales of renwable energy development.
