On 24 March 2022, at the invitation of the Academia Nacional de Medicina de Uruguay - National Academy of Medicine of Uruguay-, Mr. Noel Campbell, Co-Director of ANCLAS, joined Dr Gisselle Gallego (University of Notre Dame) to share the outcomes of the series of webinars arranged by ANCLAS in November 2020 and October 2021.

The webinars compared the experiences and lessons learned from six Latin American countries and Australia in dealing with the COVID pandemic. Dr Rafael Radi and Dr Henry Cohen (Coordinator and Members respectively of the Scientific Advisory Group on COVID-19) provided commentary from an Uruguayan perspective.
